HAVE A REASON WHILE YOU DO YOUR CARDIO!
A big reason that people decide NOT to do their cardio is because being on a staircase to nowhere(If Led Zeppelin ever does an exercise CD, that BETTER be the first track, y'all! -Paula Leen) gets you...well...NOWHERE! anywhere.
When you incorporate errands into your cardio AND dress the part , your mind and body will know that you are working hard to become the best 'YOU' that you want to be.
So, walk to the video store, walk to the post office and/or walk to the grocery store.
You'll be getting stuff done for both your life AND your body while not feeling like you're wasting your time.
