You had me at "good fat"

Scientists from the University of California at Irvine have found that "good fat" in olive oil, nuts and avocados helps prevent snacking between meals. Oleic acid ("good fat" sounds so much cozier) apparently triggers a reaction in the body that staves off hunger pangs and tells the brain, 'I feel full' and 'I love that color on you!' (latter not actually in the olive oil study published in the journal, Cell Metabolism, but obvious conclusion could be reached).
